We expect to create positive synergy within Neighborhoods and Communities through the development and construction of well planned projects.
We are affiliated with RP Witt Homes, Florida’s first homebuilder to construct a LEED Certified “affordable” home. Currently five LEED certified homes have been completed along with numerous Energy Star compliant homes.
Our President, R. Paul Witt, sits on the Residential Green Building Committee for North Florida. He is dedicated to spurring change to traditional homebuilding and producing an efficient, healthier, and more affordable home. Decreasing utility costs by 50% increases disposable income that can be used for education or medical purposes.
