Seven affordable homes in all with five of the homes being LEED Certified and the other two homes were Energy Star Rated.
The Oaks at Moore’s Creek :: Ft. Pierce, FL
Four affordable single family homes in Ft. Pierce, FL. The homes ranged in size from 2,363 SF to 2,620 SF. Interior finishes included 20” x 20” ceramic tile, bar tops in kitchen, walk-in tile showers, and crown molding at upper cabinets.
We are affiliated with RP Witt Homes, Florida’s first homebuilder to construct a LEED Certified “affordable” home. Currently five LEED certified homes have been completed along with numerous Energy Star compliant homes.
